1. Delivery Partner
We partner with PostEx, one of Pakistan’s leading logistics networks, to handle our Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid shipments. This ensures real-time tracking and secure delivery to your doorstep. [1, 2, 3]
2. Shipment Processing Time
  • Order Verification: All orders are verified via phone call  SMS before dispatch. Unverified orders will not be shipped.
  • Processing Duration: Once verified, orders are processed and handed over to PostEx within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend entirely on your city and location in Pakistan:
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 3 business days.
  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 business days.
Note: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, political strikes, or high-volume festive seasons (like Eid sales).
6. Delivery Protocol & Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Open Parcel Policy: Please note that PostEx riders do not allow customers to open the parcel before making the payment. This is a standard operating procedure for all courier services in Pakistan.
  • Issues Upon Opening: If you face any issues with the items inside after paying the rider, please contact our customer support team immediately for a replacement.
  • Failed Delivery: PostEx will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 or 3 times. If you are unavailable or do not accept the call, the parcel will be returned to us.
